Job Summary

As a Technical Lead for Hybrid Mobile App Development, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology across projects, guiding teams to deliver high‑quality mobile applications. Your expertise in JavaScript, Angular, Ionic, and TypeScript will drive best practices and coding standards, ensuring that projects meet organizational objectives and maintain a competitive edge. As a Technical Lead for Hybrid Mobile App Development, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology across projects, guiding teams to deliver high‑quality mobile applications. Your expertise in JavaScript, Angular, Ionic, and TypeScript will drive best practices and coding standards, ensuring that projects meet organizational objectives and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Hybrid Mobile App Development Using Javascript, Angular, And Ionic.

2. Develop And Enhance Team Capabilities Through Mentoring Sessions Focused On Typescript And Hybrid Mobile Frameworks, Boosting Overall Productivity And Technical Proficiency.

3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Offering Insights As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies Involving Architecture Best Practices And Risk Assessments.

4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Project Exposure And Risks, Addressing Potential Issues Proactively And Facilitating The Closure Of Escalations.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range Minimum: $95,000 per year
• Pay Range Maximum: $155,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies:
