- Ability to use repair tools and diagnostic equipment.

Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification in mobile device repair (preferred but not always required).
- Relevant training in electronics or IT is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software faults in mobile devices
- Repair or replace components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and buttons
- Perform software troubleshooting, updates, and installations
- Conduct water damage assessments and repairs
- Test devices after repairs to ensure full functionality
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer details
- Provide customers with repair quotes and timelines
- Advise customers on device care and maintenance
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
