Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose hardware and software faults in mobile devices
  • Repair or replace components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and buttons
  • Perform software troubleshooting, updates, and installations
  • Conduct water damage assessments and repairs
  • Test devices after repairs to ensure full functionality
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer details
  • Provide customers with repair quotes and timelines
  • Advise customers on device care and maintenance
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and tools
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
