Mobile Software Engineering Manager

Your Role: • Lead and inspire software engineering teams to develop cutting-edge software products from inception to deployment, impacting millions of drivers globally. • Mentor and nurture software engineers through regular feedback, coaching, and developmental opportunities to foster their growth. • Collaborate closely with Digital Product and Digital Design teams to ensure customer-focused, high-quality software features. • Contribute to product design and architecture reviews to ensure engineering excellence. • Streamline and enhance the engineering delivery pipeline to minimize cycle times and boost quality and security. • Utilize advanced concepts and innovative solutions to tackle complex business challenges. • Promote and implement new engineering practices to support organizational improvement. • Leverage your thought leadership to foster knowledge sharing across multiple teams. • Encourage continuous improvement and create a culture of learning within the organization. • Assess and recommend cutting-edge products and technologies.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in hands-on software development for mobile applications. • 2+ years in a leadership capacity, managing teams and delivering software products effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across the organization.

This leadership role falls within Level 6 and has a salary range of $132,800-$250,800 (excluding Palo Alto, CA). Salary determinations will reflect individual skills, experience, and market value.
