Mobile UI Designer

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Partner with Mobile Architects and Developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs and seamless integration with platform capabilities. - **User-Centered Design**: Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design strategies and refine solutions based on feedback and behavioral insights. - **Design System Development**: Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, including style guides, UI components, and reusable design patterns for scalable and consistent experiences across platforms. - **Continuous Improvement**: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform guidelines to drive innovation in mobile design practices.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Proven expertise in UI/UX design principles with mastery of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - A strong, visual portfolio demonstrating excellence in mobile app UI design, showcasing both aesthetic strength and user-centric functionality. - Proficient in building wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Experienced in conducting and analyzing user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and iterative design processes. - Strong understanding of mobile design standards, including Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design.

**Certifications**:

- UI/UX Design Certification from recognized platforms (e.g., Google UX Design, Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation). - Additional certifications in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Psychology, or related disciplines are a plus
