Your Role

To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a (Senior) Modern Work Engineer.

Your Tasks

• Planning, conception, and implementation of Modern Work projects in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Technical consulting of clients from analysis to implementation and training
• Participation in 3rd level support for complex technical issues
• Operation and further development of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Contribution to the development of standards, documentation, and internal processes
• Close collaboration with clients, project management, and internal teams

Your Profile

• Completed IT education or equivalent further training
• Several years of experience in the Modern Work / Microsoft 365 environment, ideally in project environments or with experience in various industries
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Identity Services
• Basic understanding of related areas such as Windows Clients, Security, or Networks is an advantage
• Structured, independent way of working and high customer orientation
• Very good German skills and good English skills
