Requirements

• Valid Code 08 Driver’s License.
• Valid passport with no visa restrictions and willingness to travel extensively both locally and internationally
• Qualified Artisan with a Mechanical or Electrical qualification (e.g., N6 Certificate or Diploma)
• Trade qualification as a Toolmaker, Millwright, Mechanical Technician, or Electrical Technician
• A Mould Maker Certificate of Qualification will be advantageous
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience within the hot runner automotive moulding industry.
• Extensive technical knowledge of hot runner systems, including manifolds, nozzles, valve gate assemblies, and internal hardware components
• Strong experience in troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining moulds and hot runner systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and engineering documentation

Duties & Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining hot runner systems.
• Troubleshooting issues with moulds and hot runner systems.
• Interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Extensive travel locally and internationally.
