About the Role
- Build and manage a network of mortgage brokers across your territory, acting as their go‑to partner for reverse mortgages
- Manage a pipeline of approximately 20 deals per month
- Educate prospective clients and brokers on reverse mortgages and Bloom’s products and process
- Take full mortgage applications and guide clients through underwriting, appraisal, and funding
- Own the client relationship end‑to‑end, from first call to closing
- Partner with brokers to structure deals and position solutions effectively
- Work closely with underwriting and operations to progress deals through to funding
- Stay actively involved in the deal lifecycle — not just sourcing, but closing
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to quarterback deals and drive outcomes
About You
- 2–5 years of experience in mortgages, financial services, or a related field
- Active Mortgage Agent, Broker, or Associate license in BC (required)
- Experience working with mortgage brokers or within the broker channel
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to simplify complex products
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients and brokers in a joint sales process
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals at various stages
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally (e.g., underwriting, operations)
- Bonus: underwriting or deal structuring experience
- Must be located in BC

Compensation
- Base Salary: $75,000
- Variable Compensation: Up to $75,000 (performance‑based, uncapped)
