Broker Account Executive

About the Role

• Build and manage a network of mortgage brokers across your territory, acting as their go‑to partner for reverse mortgages
• Manage a pipeline of approximately 20 deals per month
• Educate prospective clients and brokers on reverse mortgages and Bloom’s products and process
• Take full mortgage applications and guide clients through underwriting, appraisal, and funding
• Own the client relationship end‑to‑end, from first call to closing
• Partner with brokers to structure deals and position solutions effectively
• Work closely with underwriting and operations to progress deals through to funding
• Stay actively involved in the deal lifecycle — not just sourcing, but closing
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to quarterback deals and drive outcomes

About You

• 2–5 years of experience in mortgages, financial services, or a related field
• Active Mortgage Agent, Broker, or Associate license in BC (required)
• Experience working with mortgage brokers or within the broker channel
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to simplify complex products
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and brokers in a joint sales process
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals at various stages
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally (e.g., underwriting, operations)
• Bonus: underwriting or deal structuring experience
• Must be located in BC

Compensation

• Base Salary: $75,000
• Variable Compensation: Up to $75,000 (performance‑based, uncapped)
