EMM Loans is hiring a Hybrid Marketing Content & Digital Strategy Specialist to support and execute creative marketing initiatives across digital, social, web, email, and print channels. This role combines content creation, digital marketing strategy, social media management, SEO, analytics, and brand support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the VP of Marketing to execute content and digital marketing strategies.
• Create and manage content across social media, email, website, print, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop engaging, consumer-friendly mortgage and brand content for borrowers, referral partners, recruiting, and loan officers.
• Manage company social media channels, content calendars, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
• Support SEO efforts through optimized website, blog, landing page, and campaign content.
• Update and improve website pages, landing pages, and conversion-focused marketing materials.
• Track marketing performance metrics including website traffic, social engagement, SEO performance, and campaign results.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency, content development, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership on marketing initiatives and campaigns.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, analytical, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution. Experience in mortgage, banking, real estate, financial services, or professional services marketing is preferred.

Experience with platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, AI platforms, and project management software is preferred.
