Responsibilities

• Design and deliver motion‑rich digital experiences for websites, campaigns, and immersive environments.
• Create interactive storytelling experiences that blend animation, transitions, and micro‑interactions.
• Transform wireframes and content narratives into high‑quality interactive digital experiences.
• Work with video and animation teams to effectively integrate multimedia elements into digital projects.

Front‑End Development & Creative Technology

• Develop engaging digital experiences using Unity Game Engine and C#, focusing on web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Utilize modern front‑end frameworks like React to create stunning interactive experiences.
• Implement smooth animations and interactions with relevant tools and libraries.
• Ensure all digital experiences are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices.
• Support the integration of interactive elements within existing digital platforms.
• Offer technical insights to ensure design feasibility and efficiency in execution.

Experience Quality, Reuse & Optimization

• Apply consistent interaction patterns and motion systems to enhance user engagement.
• Identify and create modular motion components for reusability across various initiatives.
• Participate in usability testing and refine digital experiences based on user feedback.
• Document interactive patterns and implementation methods to support scalability.
• Develop robust data‑driven systems within Unity for managing external data integration.

Collaboration & Ways of Working

• Work closely with the Interactive Design Lead to shape interaction architecture and experience strategy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop scalable systems supporting a wide array of projects.
• Engage with the Senior Digital & UX Strategist to meet usability standards and requirements.
• Align digital experiences with technical capabilities by partnering with the Digital Platform Product Owner.
• Coordinate with engineering and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and troubleshooting.
• Write clear, maintainable code that supports future enhancements and quick iterations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, digital media, or a related field with over 8 years of experience in digital design and development.
• A solid portfolio showcasing motion‑rich digital work and interactive storytelling.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.
• Experience in implementing animations and interactive features using appropriate libraries.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, user experience principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
