What You Bring

• Background in Banking or Financial Services: 3+ years of commercial experience (1 year of experience in lending, mortgages, credit, operations, or client-facing roles is a bonus)
• Results-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working toward targets and motivated by performance.
• Ambition to Do More: You want faster progression, greater influence, and control over your earnings.
• Eligibility: EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa, available to work on-site Monday to Friday.
