Responsibilities
- Oversee full MSP service delivery: network, endpoints, security, M365, backup/restore
- Coordinate cross-functional team and subcontractors
- Manage project schedule, reporting, and SLA adherence
- Serve as primary internal point of contact for escalations
Requirements
- 5+ years MSP project management experience
- Experience in public sector, municipal, or regulated environments preferred
- Ability to work remotely and support ad hoc onsite needs
