Your Role And Responsibilities

• Works on client operations and business solutions by analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining information systems and applications.
• Supports requirements definition, design, build, test, and maintenance phases.
• Provides technical support for infrastructure and production environments; recommends upgrades and improvements; and monitors impact of new products and services.
• Codes, tests, and debugs applications; develops program specifications and design documentation; and supports testing, training, and operational readiness.
• This client-facing role presents findings, designs, and specifications to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• This role owns the integration strategy roadmap, is accountable under tight timelines, and responsible for stakeholder alignment.

• Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• SAP integration experience required
• MuleSoft Architect Certification required
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft platform
• Expertise in MuleSoft SaaS platform administration, integration architecture, and API design/build based on business, technical, and connectivity requirements
• Ability to lead development teams; establish best practices for standardization, CI/CD automation, observability, error handling, documentation, and solution architecture
• Experience conducting design walkthroughs, code reviews, and technical discussions with clients and cross‑workstream teams
• AWS Solution Architect certification

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Concur integration experience a plus
