For whom working with technology is more than a job; Are you the technically skilled Maintenance Engineer who gets energy from implementing smart improvements, implementing strategic choices, and realizing sustainable solutions? And do you excel in collaboration and solving complex technical issues? Then we want to get to know you.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you play a key role in ensuring our plant performs optimally. You monitor the balance between technical performance, costs, and risks, remaining rational and making choices based on balanced interests even under high pressure.

You work in a close-knit team, with modern techniques and challenging projects where your organizational skills, solution-oriented approach, and collaboration with colleagues make the difference. You are responsible for the technical availability and legal compliance within your area of the factory.
You manage maintenance plans in SAP and determine the scope for maintenance stops, ensuring careful and good scoping, as well as weighing and motivating risks to add something after the scope freeze.
You perform root cause analyses for complex failures and implement sustainable improvements; you do this not alone, but involve both internal and external knowledge providers to achieve results together.
Depending on the scope, you will lead the project yourself or provide input in a multidisciplinary team, with collaboration being central.
