Multimedia Content Designer

About the Role

We are building a high-performance remote content team that produces world-class content for fast-growing companies. This is not a typical content role. We’re looking for elite-level creators who can design, edit, and produce premium visual and video content that looks sharp, modern, and built for results. If you can create content that makes brands look like industry leaders — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for producing a wide range of content, including:

• High-quality social media graphics and visual assets
• Carousels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Video editing (cuts, transitions, pacing, storytelling)
• Motion graphics and animated visuals
• Infographics and data visualizations
• Branded content aligned with client identity
• Creative concepts and visual direction

You’ll work across multiple client accounts and deliver consistent, high-quality output at speed.

What We’re Looking For

• Highly skilled in graphic design and visual storytelling
• Strong in video editing and motion design
• Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow brand guidelines and adapt to different styles
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
• Focused on quality, not just completion

Required Skills & Tools

You must be proficient with professional tools such as:

• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics and animations)
• Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing software
• Figma or similar design tools

Bonus if you have experience with:

• 3D elements or advanced animation
• Sound design and audio syncing
• AI-powered creative tools
