We are hiring across multiple IT roles to support a large-scale, multi-year digital transformation program. This initiative spans several departments and focuses on application modernization, platform migration, system integration, and digital product development within a complex enterprise environment.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact program delivering modern, scalable, and cloud-based solutions. Teams will be working on initiatives such as platform decommissioning, system upgrades, digital product launches, and customer experience enhancements.

What You’ll Do

Development & Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications across backend, frontend, and mobile
• Develop microservices and integrate APIs (REST / GraphQL)
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security

Architecture & Design

• Define and implement modern solution architectures (cloud, microservices)
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
• Contribute to technical decisions and long-term system evolution

Agile Delivery

• Work in Agile teams (Scrum / SAFe) to deliver incremental value
• Participate in planning, backlog refinement, and delivery cycles
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Transformation Initiatives

• Contribute to platform migration and legacy system decommissioning
• Support integration across enterprise systems
• Participate in digital product launches and new feature development
• Explore emerging technologies (cloud, automation, AI-driven solutions)

What You Need

Must-Have

• Experience in one or more areas:
  • Java backend (Spring Boot, APIs, microservices)
  • React / TypeScript frontend
  • React Native mobile development
  • Software architecture and system design
  • Agile delivery (Scrum / SAFe)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Microservices and modern application architecture
  • CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Agile methodologies
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Work Model

• Initial onboarding onsite (equipment setup and stakeholder onboarding)
• Hybrid work model: 2 days/week onsite
