What You'll Do

  • Developing mobile apps with a purpose
  • Writing code while acting as a role model for the entire development team
  • Applying your experience in architectural and technical decision making
  • Ensuring a high code quality
  • Contributing your technical knowledge as a foundation for strategic product decisions
  • Identifying and driving improvements of the product development process and its infrastructure
  • Learning about the wide range of technologies we employ
  • Gaining a rich understanding of the specific requirements of medical software

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Good knowledge of Kotlin
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent technical knowledge
  • Well acquainted with the Android platform and APIs
  • Passion for clean code and solid, future-proof architectures
  • Testing in mind while developing production code
  • Able to learn new technologies and processes
  • Experience with Dagger, Coroutines, reactive programming with Flows, Material design, ViewModel architecture
  • Understanding of unit tests and continuous integration
  • Knowledge of medical software requirements like security, medical risk management, safe and resilient programming, certifications, and audits
