Position: Account Executive – Retail (H/F) – Enterprise department, Retail industry
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction on assigned accounts.
- Design and lead long‑term overall strategy for each account, fully aligned with the client’s business objectives.
- Drive end‑to‑end sales process by mobilizing appropriate resources (Pre‑Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Leadership Team, Partners, etc.).
- Analyze the sector to formalize a Go‑to‑Market strategy and create a list of qualified target accounts within 30 days.
- Promote Salesforce’s value proposition to existing and new customers.
- Stimulate growth and development within your portfolio of accounts.
Qualifications Required
- Strong experience in consultative selling or complex technology solution sales.
- Proven track record selling to C‑level decision makers.
- Demonstrated ability to rally and lead cross‑functional teams on long sales cycles.
- “Hunter” mindset oriented toward conquest.
- Proven experience acquiring new (greenfield) accounts.
- Strategic analysis and complex problem‑solving skills.
- Deep understanding of business challenges across various industry sectors.
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, multi‑faceted environments.
- Fluent in English and French.
