The Role

We’re looking for a Nanny Recruiter to focus on interviewing and evaluating nanny candidates.

You will conduct first-round interviews and play a key role in determining which caregivers move forward in our process. This is a high-responsibility role that directly impacts the quality of placements we make.

  • Conduct first-round interviews with nanny candidates

  • Collaborate closely with the founder to continuously improve the process

Schedule & Work Structure

  • Fixed availability required: Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST
  • Interviews are scheduled within this window based on candidate bookings
  • Weekly hours will vary depending on interview volume
  • This is an hourly contractor role, paid for time worked
