The Role
We’re looking for a Nanny Recruiter to focus on interviewing and evaluating nanny candidates.
You will conduct first-round interviews and play a key role in determining which caregivers move forward in our process. This is a high-responsibility role that directly impacts the quality of placements we make.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct first-round interviews with nanny candidates
- Follow structured interview frameworks
- Take clear, consistent notes and document candidate insights
- Evaluate candidates based on defined criteria
- Use internal systems and AI-supported tools to support workflow and documentation
- Collaborate closely with the founder to continuously improve the process
Schedule & Work Structure
- Fixed availability required: Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST
- Interviews are scheduled within this window based on candidate bookings
- Weekly hours will vary depending on interview volume
- This is an hourly contractor role, paid for time worked
