Your Role

As a National Account Executive, you will assist top-tier companies in optimizing their online recruitment strategies. Your role as a direct sales representative will involve championing our Job Search technology to prominent organizations. You will showcase the innovative capabilities of our products to enhance operational efficiency, collaboration, and mobility within their workforce. Your sales acumen and in-depth knowledge of Indeed will empower organizations to connect with outstanding candidates. We provide ongoing, comprehensive training and skills development to ensure your sales techniques remain effective and cutting-edge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Indeed's products and services, while developing new accounts and strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Manage intricate, high-profile strategic accounts, including clients from the public sector at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Utilize your expertise in government procurement regulations, compliance stipulations, contract negotiations, and multi-party environments to enhance account performance.
  • Promote Pay-per-Started-Application (PPSA) solutions and other performance-based offerings, emphasizing the development and utilization of talent pools.
  • Identify and seize revenue opportunities throughout client organizations to stimulate growth.
  • Leverage data and rigorous account analysis to derive insights, assess performance, and shape sales strategies.
  • Engage with clients through various methods, such as meetings, presentations, webinars, product demos, and networking events to establish credibility as an authority in the field.

Desired Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without prior experience.
  • Experience in an enterprise sales environment, with a strong track record in educating clients and closing deals efficiently.
  • Proven success in acquiring and nurturing new accounts and territories.
  • Strong hunter mentality, excelling in securing new business in the enterprise sector.
  • Expertise in navigating large, complex organizations using consultative and solution-oriented sales methods.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Tier 1: 77,000 - 117,000 USD/year Tier 2: 86,000 - 129,000 USD/year Tier 3: 95,000 - 142,000 USD/year Tier 5: 108,000 - 161,000 USD/year
