About the role
Job Summary
The National Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing national restaurant accounts across the U.S. This role develops and executes strategic sales initiatives, builds relationships with key stakeholders, and drives revenue growth within multi-unit restaurant groups, particularly in premium and upscale segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand national accounts (200+ unit restaurant chains)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and distribution partners
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and forecasting
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product and program execution
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7–10 years of foodservice, hospitality, or related sales experience
- Experience managing large, complex national accounts
- Proven track record closing high-value deals
- Existing relationships with multi-unit restaurant brands (200+ locations)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with national restaurant chains or foodservice distributors
- Familiarity with prepared foods, food manufacturing, or culinary technology
- Exposure to sous vide or similar production methods
- Culinary background or hands-on kitchen experience

An ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years experience in the Food sales, National Accounts, Restaurant Chains, Multi-Unit, Hospitality Sales, B2B Sales, Broker Management, Key Accounts, Upscale Dining, Prepared Foods, Food Manufacturing, Sous Vide, Channel Sales.
Compensation
- Compensation package includes $80,000.00 to $95,000.00k plus benefit package.
