As a National Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will support the sales and growth targets of Viessmann Switzerland and strengthen our market position. Your focus will be on acquiring and developing strategic key accounts as well as successfully managing major projects. Through your reliable work, you will ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage and develop national key accounts such as major clients, trade partners, installers, and energy suppliers throughout Switzerland, taking responsibility for the budget.
  • You will identify growth potential within the customer portfolio and strategically expand customer relationships.
  • You will conduct annual reviews as well as complex contract, price, and tender negotiations with decision-makers.
  • You will coordinate customer projects with internal specialist departments and ensure efficient and customer-oriented implementation.

Requirements

  • You have a technical basic training and further education in building technology or sales management.
  • You have several years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, very good MS Office 365 skills, Salesforce experience, and sound sales and key account management experience.
  • You have a minimum of C1 level German proficiency; English skills are desirable, French and Italian are advantageous.
  • You work independently and reliably, convincing with negotiation skills, commitment, and discretion.
  • You possess a valid driver's license.
