National Marketing Manager-reporting to Marketing Director

The National Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director.

The Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing channel strategies across all regions (Canada) to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement and support business growth. This role combines strategic planning, campaign management, measurement, analysis and team leadership to ensure consistent marketing performance across all channels.

Note: This role is a one year contract position.

The network in Canada is 65 independently owned and operated franchises.

The role is based (remote) in the GTA. Limited travel (conference, company functions)

What you will do: • Support development and manage implementation of a comprehensive national marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals • Oversee development and implementation of integrated marketing channel plans (digital, social, events, partnerships, collateral, print, etc.) • Collaborate with regional and local franchise and business development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support localized initiatives. • Partner with sales leadership to align regional and local marketing programs with lead generation and revenue goals. • Manage marketing analytics and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and optimization • Maintain consistent brand standards across all materials and channels • Support public relations, corporate communications and partnership initiatives.

What you will bring: • 5-7 years progressive marketing experience, preferably within a national franchise framework (Franchisor experience-working with Franchises is valuable) • B2B digital marketing specialist (consumer experience is also appropriate) • Strategic and analytical thinking • Having both B2B and Consumer experience is an asset. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Strong presentation skills a must. • Sound decision making ability • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Strong communication skills and willingness to be a team player • Strong understanding of brand management, performance marketing, and localized content adaptation, including French Canada. • Proven experience developing and executing large-scale, multi-channel marketing strategies. • Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing metrics, reporting and data-driven decision making. • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems and analytical tools (e.g.: Google Analytics) • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, particularly in navigating franchisee

Franchisor experience would be very valuable to understand the dynamic between role of franchisor vs. franchisee.

What you should expect:

The opportunity to work closely with the Marketing Director, and onboard early with the current National Marketing Manager (prior to maternity leave). This is a one-year contract role. Starting in May 2026.
