Job Summary

The UX Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for mobile and web applications, focusing on creating intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences. This role emphasizes research-driven design, usability, and building solutions that serve diverse user populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to understand user needs and challenges.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and end-to-end experience flows.
  • Translate user insights into functional and technical design requirements.
  • Create high-fidelity wireframes and UI designs for mobile and web applications.
  • Develop content strategies with clear, accessible, and user-friendly messaging.
  • Build interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Facilitate usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Ensure consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in UX or Product Design
  • Strong expertise in user research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for multilingual user interfaces
  • Experience designing for mobile applications (iOS/Android) and responsive web platforms
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design (e.g., screen readers, contrast, typography)
  • Experience working with enterprise or large-scale design systems
