The project involves developing and deploying machine learning models with a focus on computer vision for mission-critical industrial environments. The role requires translating user concepts into practical solutions using Agile Methodology and cutting-edge tech stacks.

Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in machine learning, particularly in computer vision, object detection, image classification, and OCR
• Proven experience in training, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Strong knowledge in at least two of the following: Restful API (.NET or Spring Boot), SPA web development (Angular or React), Relational Database (Postgres, Oracle, MySql, or Microsoft SQL)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing multi-threaded & concurrent applications, socket programming, asynchronous applications, implementing design patterns and software architectures
• Experience with Linux runtime environment and containers (Docker / Kubernetes)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with .NET
• Experience in software build, deployment, and maintenance using build tools, IIS, and Windows Servers
• Experience with message queues (MQTT, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins)

Assignment Details

• Assignment Length: 12 month contract
• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Location: Breslau, Ontario, Canada
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with 4 days in the office
