Required Skills (Must Have)

• Strong experience in .NET architecture + hands-on development
• MVC-based application modernization / migration experience
• C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
• Entity Framework (Code First)
• API development: REST + GraphQL
• Strong SQL Server development:
  • Stored procedures
  • Indexing
  • Query optimization
• Front-end experience with React
• Experience with PrimeReact
• GitHub Enterprise / Git workflows
• Strong communication + ability to lead developers

Preferred Skills

• Experience in government or county/state environments
• Experience modernizing legacy applications into newer frameworks
• Strong leadership / mentoring background

Required / Desired Skills

• Professional .NET development experience
• Demonstrated experience taking ownership of existing applications and codebases
• Deep expertise with C#, .NET, and Entity Framework
• Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs and using GraphQL
• Advanced SQL Server expertise including stored procedures and indexing strategies
• Proven experience using GitHub Enterprise.
• Demonstrated experience leading development efforts and mentoring other developers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience migrating or modernizing legacy MVC applications
• Experience with React, Vite, and NodeJS
• Experience stabilizing or improving applications in active production environments
• Experience working in public sector or highly visible environments
• Experience supporting financial, tax, or property related systems
