Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the delivery of modern, cloud‑based web applications within a public‑sector environment. This is a net‑new role focused on building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable applications using Microsoft Azure and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build modern web applications using current front‑end and back‑end technologies

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET technologies

• Implement responsive user interfaces using modern Angular frameworks

• Build and deploy cloud‑based PaaS solutions on Microsoft Azure

• Write unit tests for both front‑end and back‑end components

• Monitor application performance and errors using Azure monitoring tools

• Identify and remediate recurring application issues

• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams in an agile environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong experience building web applications using:

• HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript

• Angular (12+)

• Experience developing RESTful APIs using:

• ASP.NET Core

• Entity Framework Core

• Experience building and supporting Azure PaaS applications

• Experience using Visual Studio and/or Visual Studio Code

Nice to Have

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx)

• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)

• Experience with financial or accounting systems

• Experience with authentication and authorization (web and API)

• Experience with Azure App Services (Web and API)

• Experience querying application telemetry and logs

• Experience with Git version control

• Familiarity with OAuth2
