Role Description

Job Title: Senior Technical Developer / Technical Lead (.NET Full Stack) Experience • 8–12 years of overall software development experience • 2–3 years of experience in a technical leadership role

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Developer / Technical Lead with strong full-stack engineering expertise in .NET technologies, cloud infrastructure, and modern web frameworks. The ideal candidate will work across both legacy and modern systems, particularly in the payments domain, and independently drive technical solutions while mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+, and modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular) • Work across legacy and modern technology stacks, ensuring seamless integration and modernization • Analyze and enhance complex enterprise payment systems and architectures • Develop scalable, secure applications deployed on AWS cloud infrastructure • Configure and manage cloud components such as load balancers, hosting, and networking • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes • Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security • Utilize tools like SonarQube and Checkmarx for code quality and security compliance • Follow secure coding practices aligned with OWASP guidelines • Troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver enhancements • Analyze and optimize MS SQL Server queries and stored procedures • Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams • Participate in support, maintenance, and enhancement of critical systems • Collaborate with US-based teams (including second shift overlap when required)

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills • Strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+ • Proficiency in C# and full-stack development • Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular • Working knowledge of Node.js (nice to have) • Strong experience in MS SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization) • Solid understanding of software architecture and system design

Cloud & Infrastructure • Experience with AWS cloud services • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure setup, hosting, and scaling • Understanding of load balancers, networking, and performance tuning

DevOps & Quality • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools • Experience using SonarQube, Checkmarx, or similar tools • Understanding of secure coding practices and OWASP standards

Additional Technical Exposure (Good To Have) • Experience with legacy technologies • Exposure to C++, COBOL, or similar enterprise systems

Domain Knowledge • Strong understanding of payments domain systems and enterprise transaction processing platforms (preferred)

Soft Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze complex systems independently • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proven ability to mentor and guide developers

Work Requirements • Willingness to work in second shift / US overlap hours • Comfortable working on support, maintenance, and enhancement projects • Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments with legacy systems
