.NET Full Stack Developer with CRM integration Experience

Introduction

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives in fast-moving, startup-like environments and takes true ownership of solutions end-to-end.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and building scalable systems within the constraints of government technology environments.

You will design, build, and deliver features across our applications through close collaboration with product and cross-functional engineering teams.

This role requires someone who can solve problems independently, think holistically about system behavior, and apply engineering best practices without relying on heavy processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET
  • Experience integrating with external enterprise systems such as SAP.
  • Strong experience integrating with NetSuite
  • Experience working with SQL databases
  • Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as React.
• Additional Experience:
  • Prior experience building enterprise-grade solutions
• Other Skills:
  • Ability to independently own ambiguous problems, propose solutions, and follow through to completion.
  • Code & Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, uphold engineering best practices, and ensure consistent implementation patterns across services.
  • Hands-On Development: Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute directly to delivery.
