NetSuite Functional Analyst

About the Role

An established organization is seeking a NetSuite Functional Analyst to join their growing team and support their NetSuite environment by supporting critical finance and supply chain operations. This role will act as the functional bridge between business users and technical development, ensuring NetSuite is optimized to support end‑to‑end business processes. This is a highly visible role with strong ownership across system configuration, user support, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional owner of the NetSuite platform, supporting finance, supply chain, and warehouse operations
• Configure and optimize core NetSuite processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report
• Build and maintain Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Partner closely with end users to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements
• Collaborate with NetSuite developers, providing detailed specifications and supporting solution design
• Support user adoption through troubleshooting, training, and continuous system enhancements
• Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives within NetSuite

Desired Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and supporting NetSuite in a functional capacity
• Strong understanding of finance and supply chain workflows within NetSuite
• Experience gathering requirements and working with technical developers

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting warehouse management or distribution environments
• Prior involvement in NetSuite implementations or major system enhancements
