Your Role

• You will monitor, operate, and further develop our modern Fortinet Enterprise Network and Security Infrastructure.
• You will analyze and resolve network and security incidents in 2nd and 3rd level.
• You will ensure the availability, performance, and IT security of our LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SASE environments.
• You will actively participate in network projects and support rollouts, migrations, and changes.
• You will document the network infrastructure as well as security and operating concepts in a structured and comprehensible manner.
• You will contribute your expertise to further develop our ICT landscape company-wide.

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience in operating network and security environments.
• You have completed training in the ICT sector (e.g., IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist, HF/FH) or have comparable professional experience.
• You have sound knowledge and practical experience with Fortinet solutions (certifications are an advantage).
• You are very familiar with routing (BGP), firewalls, WLAN, and network security.
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
• You have a high degree of service and customer orientation, are a team player, and have very good German language skills.
