Orcan Intelligence is looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support a European agency in managing its network infrastructure based in Strasbourg.

The role involves designing, configuring, and maintaining complex network systems, with a particular focus on Cisco ACI, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and configure network solutions (switches, firewalls, routers, load balancers, SDN solutions, VPNs, etc.), primarily around Cisco ACI.
• Implement and follow network maintenance routines and schedules, including updates and end-of-life replacements.
• Deploy and operate orchestration and automation tools to maintain and evolve network solutions.
• Protect data, software, and hardware by planning and applying necessary network security measures.
• Provide network support to a team working in an Azure Cloud environment.

Candidate Profile

• European citizenship for at least 10 years (mandatory).
• Hold, or be eligible for and willing to obtain, a Personal Security Clearance (PSC) in accordance with EU or national security requirements.
• Excellent command of network infrastructure hardware and software components, with in-depth knowledge of Cisco ACI.
• Expertise in network aspects within an Azure Cloud environment.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working on projects with strict delivery deadlines.
