Lead Network Engineer / Architect (Level 5)

Overview

We are seeking a Lead Network Engineer / Architect (Level 5) to drive enterprise network architecture, cybersecurity integration, and large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network architecture design and planning
• Develop implementation strategies for nationwide deployments
• Evaluate technologies, perform risk assessments, and optimize performance
• Define unified network architecture and technical standards
• Oversee network security integration (VPN, NAC, ISE)
• Develop SOPs and operational frameworks
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to engineering teams
• Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 12-14+ years of experience (or equivalent)
• Advanced Cisco certifications (CCIE required, CCDE preferred)
• Expertise in enterprise LAN/WAN, ISE, and network security
• Strong experience in large-scale infrastructure environments
