Responsibilities

• Planning, realization, and support of network projects with a focus on HPE Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, or Cisco.
• Support sales in presales, advise customers on technical concepts, and find suitable solutions.
• Independently implement projects in post-sales from configuration to final commissioning.
• Analyze network problems, develop sustainable solutions, and work closely with manufacturers and their support teams.
• Actively participate in managed service operations and support the service desk team with complex cases.
• Use tools like Ansible, Python, or NetBox for network automation and optimization.
• Continuously update knowledge through certifications and training, and expand expertise along partner technologies.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, communications engineering, or a comparable IT qualification. Career changers are welcome!
• Proficient in routing, switching, firewalls, and WLAN planning (e.g., with Ekahau or Hamina).
• Experience in network automation and optimization with tools like Ansible, Python, or NetBox is a plus.
• Enjoy direct customer contact and the ability to communicate technical topics clearly and understandably.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
