Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Network Technician / Field Engineer in complex LAN, WLAN, and UC environments
• Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS (Layer 1–2) for incident troubleshooting
• Experience working with ServiceNow and ITIL processes
• Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work at heights (up to approximately 3 meters)
• Must have access to a car and required safety equipment as per Client regulations

Physical Support Responsibilities

• Installation, relocation, replacement, and dismantling of network components
• Handling LAN devices (switches), WLAN devices (access points, controllers), and UC devices (IP phones, voice gateways)
• Patching network devices and powering devices on/off
• Checking status LEDs, console access, and providing technical feedback
• Performing IOS upgrades, factory resets, and basic recovery of switches and IP phones

Collaboration

• Work closely with the customer’s remote teams (German & English)
• Support implementation projects and troubleshooting activities
• Provide detailed technical feedback on devices, cabling, and installations
• Locate and access devices as per provided documentation
