Network Operations Centre (NOC) Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Operations Centre (NOC) Analyst to join our Managed Services Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting a wide range of infrastructure and network services for enterprise and mid-market customers.

This position requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to make real-time operational and design decisions in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts across managed environments
• Troubleshoot network, system, and application-related issues
• Ensure maximum uptime by enforcing best practices in service delivery
• Provide technical support and consultative services to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams for solution design and implementation
• Work with vendors for technical support and product-related queries
• Respond to incidents, outages, and service requests in a timely manner
• Document incidents, changes, and resolutions using ticketing systems

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience working in multi-vendor hosted environments
• Strong understanding of IP networking and TCP/IP protocols
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals and OSI model
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, RHCT, Network+ or equivalent
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Exchange
• Exposure to AI/HPC technologies (e.g., Nvidia DGX) is a plus
• Understanding of hosting and managed services environments

Education & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a data center or managed IT services environment
• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Ability to work in a 24/7/365 shift-based environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
