About the role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling the company's IT network products (such as switches, routers, wireless APs, etc.), expanding customer resources, and achieving sales targets
  • Develop new customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote long-term cooperation
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide technical consulting, product demonstrations, and pre-sales support. Independently design suitable product solutions based on customer needs
  • Track project progress, coordinate internal resources, ensure timely delivery, and drive customer transactions.
  • Monitor IT networking market trends, analyze industry developments, and gather competitor insights to support product optimization and market strategy adjustments
  • Regularly participate in company training on products, technologies, and sales techniques to continuously improve professional skills

Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with the mainstream network communication product brands and distribution channels in the South African market. Has a history of cooperation with major network product distributors in South Africa and can leverage these relationships to introduce new products to customers
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and other basic networking knowledge,Awareness of IT networking industry trends, including Wi-Fi 6/7 and 5G
