Network Security Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management with expertise in Cisco-sdn-network-administration, AWS Infra Services, Cisco DC/Branches Routers & Switches, Cisco Meraki / Velocloud, and Cisco Wireless. This role requires in-depth skills in network administration, troubleshooting, and management, along with a solid understanding of network security and hardening processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle configuration and troubleshooting tasks on devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. • 2. Manage clusters of firewalls and ensure their optimal performance. • 3. Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) network diagrams as per the project requirements. • 4. Leverage skills in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) for network management. • 5. Understand and implement networking protocols such as VLAN, VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, vPC, VSS, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and static Routing protocol. • 6. Work with F5 Radware load balancer to ensure high availability and performance of applications. • 7. Implement and troubleshoot Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN). • 8. Support the team on escalated calls and act as a catalyst for problem resolution. • 9. Create knowledge base documents and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports to share knowledge and improve troubleshooting efficiency. • 10. Adhere to compliance, Network audit, ISMS, and GDPR requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. • 2. 5-7 years of relevant experience in network administration. • 3. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSP are preferred. • 4. Expertise in Cisco-sdn-network-administration, AWS Infra Services, Cisco DC/Branches Routers & Switches, Cisco Meraki / Velocloud, and Cisco Wireless. • 5. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • 6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. • 7. Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts.
