Become a member of the expert team at one of the most successful IT security service providers in Germany. You will plan, integrate, and optimize the cyber security solutions of our customers to protect their data, digital services, and business processes. Responsibilities

• You will support our customers in capturing and prioritizing their cyber security requirements
• You will work on customer cyber security architectures in projects, remotely and on-site
• You will independently consult, plan, implement, and optimize security solutions
• You will support pre-sales for your technology focuses
• You will provide holistic network security consulting (especially firewalling and network access control) for our customers
• Furthermore, you can contribute your expert knowledge in the event of cyber security incidents to restore customer environments to normal operation in collaboration with experienced incident managers and security analysts

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable degree (e.g., Computer Science or IT Security)
• Professional experience in IT operations, IT integration, or IT security
• Very good know-how in firewalls, routers & switches in IP networks, ideally familiar with the manufacturers Sophos and Macmon
• Initial experience in project management and service mentality
• Interest in rebuilding IT environments in the event of security incidents is desirable
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
