• Location: Wetzlar (3 days/week) - remote (2 days/week)
• Hourly Rate: € 65,- to € 70,-

• Microsoft Defender / M365 Security - operative Administration
• Virtualization - VMware
• Storage - Net App
• Automation - Ansible
• Operation - production-related / regulated environments

Responsibilities:

• Operation, administration, and further development of the network & security infrastructure
• Administration and configuration of:
  • Zscaler (ZTNA / Cloud Security / Proxy)
  • Fortinet Firewalls
• Support and further development of the switching landscape: Arista, Aruba, HP
• Integration and security hardening of M365 Security / Microsoft Defender
• Operation of the virtualization environment (VMware)
• Support and connection of storage systems (Net App)
• Automation of operational and deployment processes with Ansible
• Analysis, hardening, and optimization of the existing security and network architecture
• Troubleshooting in 2nd / 3rd level environments
• Documentation and conceptual further development of the infrastructure

Mandatory Requirements:

• Demonstrable hands-on experience in the administration and configuration of Zscaler (ZTNA, Cloud Security, Proxy – productive operation)
• Very good knowledge in the administration of Fortinet Firewalls
• In-depth experience in Enterprise Networking (Arista, Aruba, HP)
• Very good knowledge in M365 Security / Microsoft Defender
• Good knowledge in VMware
• Experience with Net App Storage
• Practical experience with Ansible (automation of infrastructure and configurations)
• Experience in enterprise or production-related IT environments
• Experience with network segmentation, Zero Trust, NAC, and security architectures
• Architecture or project setup experience, e.g., Zscaler rollouts
