Network Security Engineer - Zscaler / Palo Alto / VPN

Technical / Functional Skills (Must Have)

• Zscaler L3 Network Security (All modules) - strong hands-on engineering (ZIA/ZPA/ZDX etc.)
• Palo Alto L3 Firewall
• VPN / Remote Access L3: Zscaler / Palo Alto / SecureLink
• Strong L3/L4 troubleshooting, implementation, and production support in enterprise environments

Experience Required

• 10+ years in Network Security Engineering with implementation + operations ownership
• Proven experience handling incidents/changes, upgrades, policy governance, and RCA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and support Zscaler solutions across all modules in production
• Configure/operate/troubleshoot Firewall security controls (Palo Alto preferred)
• Engineer and support VPN / secure remote access (Zscaler/Palo Alto/SecureLink preferred)
• Provide L3/L4 support for complex security/network issues; drive RCA and preventive actions
• Work closely with stakeholders and support hybrid delivery requirements (3 days onsite)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science (or equivalent)

Certifications (Mandatory)

• Zscaler certification(s) relevant to network security modules
• Palo Alto certification(s) (preferred/required as per demand)
• VPN/Network Security certifications - good to have
