Network Services Engineer

Glint Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Network Services Engineer to support enterprise-level LAN/WAN and telecommunications infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing network connectivity across integrated environments, particularly within a Windows-based ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and telecom infrastructure
• Monitor network uptime and resolve connectivity issues escalated from Level 1 support
• Install, maintain, patch, and secure network and telecommunications equipment
• Perform routine network maintenance and recommend necessary repairs
• Provide technical support and training to users and IT staff
• Collaborate with engineers and managers on complex network implementations

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN Networking and Network Engineering
• Strong expertise in Network Troubleshooting and TCP/IP
• Hands-on experience with network hardware and telecom equipment
• Experience with network monitoring and uptime management
• Experience working in an ITIL environment
• Ability to handle escalations and enterprise-level connectivity issues
• Experience in Windows-based environments

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare or large enterprise network experience
• Exposure to network security practices
• Ability to train or mentor junior staff
• Experience with network integration projects
