What You Can Expect:

• Concept, implementation, and operation of modern ICT solutions in the areas of workplace, server, and cloud
• Planning, setup, and further development of network environments (LAN/WLAN, WAN, VPN, ZTNA, Security)
• Participation or responsibility in demanding IT projects
• Technical consulting and customer support during ongoing operations
• Analysis and resolution of complex problems in 3rd-level support
• Active co-design of technical solutions and internal standards

What You Should Bring:

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ (System Technology) or equivalent
• Several years of experience in the system engineering environment
• In-depth interest in network and security topics
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with a passion for direct customer contact
• High sense of responsibility and quality standards
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Driver's license category B
