About

We are seeking an experienced Network Test Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network testing, test automation, and quality assurance. The role will involve leading the development and execution of test strategies, planning, and metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for network functionality
• Plan and lead test automation efforts using Cucumber (BDD Framework) and Java
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with CI/CD testing environment
• Design and implement test metrics and reporting frameworks to measure test effectiveness
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for network functionality
• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers to ensure high-quality test deliverables
• Identify and prioritize test automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts
• Work closely with the AMP Program team to ensure alignment with program objectives and deliverables

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in network testing, test automation, and quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of Cucumber (BDD Framework) and Java for test automation
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD testing environment
• Excellent understanding of test strategy, test planning, and quality assurance principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of test engineers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
