Job 1: 2nd Level IT Support (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Workplace / Microsoft Server Support

• Taking over 2nd-level support tasks in the areas of Workplace and Microsoft Server applications.
• Support and ensure the operation of clients with Windows 11+.
• Endpoint management of Windows clients with Matrix and Intune. (Patch Management and Software Distribution).
• Endpoint Security – Managing endpoints in Sophos Central.
• Mobile Device Management – Managing endpoints.
• Support for client rollout projects.
• Collaboration with our infrastructure team in building customer infrastructures.
• Planning, commissioning, and support of various mobile device management systems.
• Maintenance of customer documentation.

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years of professional experience in IT Support
• Windows 11
• Windows Server (AD, Fileservice, Printservice)
• M365
• Network (TCP/IP)
• Management of smartphones with Sophos MDM and Intune
• MacOS
• Microsoft Exchange
• Microsoft RDS
• Matrix42 Empirum
• Sophos Central
• Very good German and good English skills
• Driver's license

Job 2: System Engineer - Schwerpunkt Netzwerk Infrastruktur (m/w/d)

• Support and ensure the operation of network infrastructures.
• Taking over 2nd-level support for network infrastructures.
• Firewalls, Switches, and WLAN
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Planning and executing changes to network infrastructures.
• Planning and commissioning of network components.
• Carrying out network projects.
• Maintenance of customer documentation.

Qualifications:

• IT training or comparable
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in IT Support
• Firewall: Sophos
• Switches: Sophos, Cisco, Cisco Meraki
• WLAN: Sophos
• Network (TCP/IP)
• Firewalls: Pfsense, Ubiquiti
• Switches: D-Link, LanCom
• Vulnerability Management: Enginsight or comparable
• Very good German and good English skills
• Willingness to be on call

Job 3: Support Engineer - Schwerpunkt Microsoft Infrastruktur (m/w/d)

• Taking over 2nd/3rd level support for Microsoft infrastructures.
• Support and ensure the operation of Microsoft infrastructures.
• Planning and executing changes.
• Planning and commissioning of Microsoft components.
• Maintenance of customer documentation.
• Taking over 2nd/3rd level support for datacenter infrastructures.

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years of professional experience in operating Microsoft infrastructures
• Windows Server
• Microsoft AD, Entra ID
• Microsoft RDS
• Exchange
• SQL
• Very good German and good English skills

Nice-to-have:
