About the role

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support brand operations through the end of June 2026. This role will play a key part in forecasting, planning, and licensing support while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across brand initiatives.

Job Duties

  • Manage Daily Forecasting (Inclusions)
  • Support R2D2 Forecasting
  • Participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Develop and maintain current year latest estimate and future year latest estimate
  • Support Liftoff planning
  • Manage Seasonal Checkpoints
  • Track and coordinate Royalties
  • Oversee Sampling desk operations, including sending bulk samples to licensees upon request
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Brand Management or Associate Brand roles
  • Licensing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong forecasting and planning capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with periodic onsite presence
