NPI Project Manager

About

We’re looking for a seasoned NPI Project Manager to support a fast-growing manufacturing site at Vantedge Medical. This is a high-impact role in a dynamic environment where you’ll help build structure, drive execution, and lead new product introductions from concept to launch.

Stockton, CA (Bay Area)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead NPI projects from development through launch and transfer
• Act as the primary point of contact between customer and internal teams
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations
• Translate customer demand into actionable project plans
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Support quoting, ROI analysis, and DFM activities
• Ensure timely execution and alignment across teams in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in manufacturing environments
• 2+ years managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
• Strong project planning and execution experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 and GD&T
• Experience with costing, financials, and ROI analysis
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
