We are looking for a newly qualified CA(SA) who wants more than a traditional reporting or review role. This opportunity is ideal for a CA who is commercially minded, curious, and eager to get involved in the operational and business side of a manufacturing company.

This role offers hands-on exposure to how the business actually runs — from production and costing through to operational decision-making and business administration.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with operational and executive management to support business decisions
• Provide financial insight into manufacturing operations, margins, and cost drivers
• Budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Improve financial processes, controls, and efficiencies
• Gain exposure to business administration and operational planning
• Move beyond pure compliance into a value-adding finance role

Requirements

• Newly qualified CA(SA)
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• Interest in operations, manufacturing environments, and how businesses function day to day
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to get involved beyond the numbers
• Willing and able to relocate to Swellendam, Western Cape

What’s On Offer

• Salary: R55,000 – R65,000 per month (CTC), negotiable
