About the Role
We are looking for a skilled News, PR, and Content Writer who can create compelling, accurate, and engaging content across multiple formats. The ideal candidate should have experience in news writing, press releases, and digital content creation, with a strong command of language and an understanding of media and public relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit news articles, press releases, and media briefs
- Develop high-quality content for websites, blogs, and digital platforms
- Create PR content such as company announcements, brand stories, and campaigns
- Research industry trends, news, and topics to produce accurate and timely content
- Coordinate with PR and marketing teams for content planning and execution
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and editorial guidelines
- Proofread and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and grammar
- Optimize content for SEO and digital publishing (headlines, keywords, formatting)
- Manage multiple content assignments and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in news writing, PR, or content writing
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience in writing press releases and news‑style articles
- Excellent command of English (written)
- Ability to research and write on diverse topics
- Understanding of media, PR workflows, and content strategy
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital publishing
