Job Description
- Develop and manage distributors for household energy storage systems via digital channels, providing product training, sales enablement tools, and end‑to‑end order support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize product solutions (e.g., off‑grid/hybrid configurations) based on regional energy needs.
- Lead remote engagement with clients, including technical proposal review, contract negotiation, and post‑sales issue resolution.
- Work cross‑functionally to optimize customer journey metrics (e.g., on‑time delivery rate, NPS).
- Complete other tasks arranged by the leadership.
Requirements
