In this AVP-level position, you will design and execute non-functional testing strategies while applying hands-on expertise. Your focus will be on performance, scalability, and security requirements across critical financial applications. Collaborate closely with teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes into continuous delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive non-functional testing strategies
- Collaborate in CI/CD integration with development and DevOps teams
- Develop performance test scripts and workload models
- Conduct in-depth application profiling and tuning
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance
Requirements
- 5-7 years in performance testing and engineering
- Experience in chaos engineering and system resilience
- Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana and Splunk
- Strong skills in JMeter and LoadRunner
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
